Since Saturday 28/09/2013 I have an ongoing query with regards to my data bundles and airtime being taken
for some reason... On Monday I was contacted by Michael whom advised Vodacom has sorted the problem and can continue using my phone and they have re-imbursed my airtime, thereafter my internet service was deactivated which resulted in me calling Vodacom again explaining the whole story again. Then the consultant mentioned something about my APN not being active and she has now activated it then I was up and running again. I use data bundles for internet and chat websites access but to my astonishment again R474 of my airtime exhausted again. I recharged this morning with R35 and within minutes it was taken again. This is now becoming extremely frustrating so please can somebody sort this out as it has only been happening since Saturday!!!
