3 months and still not back

I sent my blackberry playbook for repairs as it was still under guarantee on the 9th of September 2013 . today 3 dec it still hasn't been returned to me . every time I call or go in to the store to enquire mohammed tells me it will be here in a few days . still nothing . quite fed up now . very bad service generally from this branch.
