9 Months without my playbook after no feedback

On the 13th of October 2013 after receiving a Playbook for the first time in June 2013, I took my new blackberry playbook in because it would not charge. I took it to Ronelle at the Nashau Mobile branch in Tyger Forum, Tyger Valley as she was the one who did my upgrade on my Cellphone contract and she gave me the Playbook. After a couple of months I received a call from Nashua Mobile saying that they could not repair it and I could go and fetch a NEW playbook. When I got to the branch I was given a box and I went home. Just to find that I was given back my old playbook that did not work. I returned it to Ronelle and she was very friendly and helpful. A couple of months later I realised I had not heard from them regarding the playbook so I went in and was told it was still in their offices and had not been sent in for repairs. But I sat there while she phoned blackberry and logged a call with them case #6420540. 3 weeks ago I phone blackberry to find out what was happening and they still had not received the playbook from NM. I contacted the call centre and spoke to Stephanie from Bloem and she said she would find out what has happened. I still have not heard ANYTHING!!
