When am I getting my phone back!!!

I sent my phone in for repairs in January 2013. I was contacted by Cell C headoffice that the repair would cost R307 which i refused and requested that my Blackberry was returned to the store unrepaired. My phone was delivered to Cell C Clearwater in April. I received no correspondance informing me that my phone was ready for collection. In August 2013 I contacted the store to enquire about my Blackberry. I spoke to Linda, Baliesa, Thabo and finally Bianca. I was told by Thabo that my phone was still at the head office repair centre and i should contact them on 140. Which i duly did. I was then sent proof of waybill by Rahaba showing that the phone was received by Clearwater branch in April 2013. Bianca then told me that they were unable to find the phone and that someone would call me back the following day. To datei have had zero luck sorting this issue out. I have been shunted from pillar to post, given excuses (told my phone was BER and sent back to head office repairs AGAIN) and generally been rude to.

This is completely unacceptable. You have had my phone for 10 months now and i want it back immediately or i want a replacement phone for the lost cellphone!
