Disgusting service -- or lack of

Cell C needs to revise its pay-off line to: "Cell C, I talk to myself". I have never known a more appalling lack of signal and frustration at trying to carry out my business, only to have it undermined by calls that seldom last more than 00.03 of a second. And because they take six months to deliver a new phone, they decide when you can cancel your contract. I'm cancelling my contract on the basis of their breach -- they have failed to provide me with proper, reliable service for some five years now. Disgusting.
