3 months and my contract still not transfered

I transferred from centurion mega gym to lynnwood bridge! I filled in the form in July and paid for my transferred, August came and still not done phone centurion branch like 50 times September came the same story, The receptionist always says the accounts person is not there they will phone me back. There names keeps on changing - thuli, tebogo - tanjani each time when i phone back to speak to them then they say there's no one like that. Oct came i had to fill a new transfer form i mailed it again no one could tell me if they received it or send it thru to Head Office - i then phoned head office spoke to a Gloria she said she will come back to me that same day its been a week. Please I'm not trying to be difficult i just want my membership to be transferred so i can gym at Planet fitness lynnwood bridge
