Thinking my problem with cell c are a thing of the past i took an upgrade only to get a reality check.
the playbook which i took for the upgrade has been for repairs for the charging problems three times within a year .i recently took it in only to be told a few days later that the unit was not supplied by the supplier (cellc). which surprises me as they have repaired it twice before .i have followed up with repairs department who transferred me to the contract department who transferred me back to the repairs who then said i must go to the store. them .if you have ever dealt with a cel c call centre you will understand what i had to go through (dropped calls, promises to be called back) if this is one company why cant they follow up with each other instead of the client always having to follow up. im still unitless waiting for a call from cell c but they still deduct their monthly premium???
my second issue is that i took one of their data promotion for 12mth only to find out it was a 24mth contract instead .the matter has been escalated three times with promises to be called back since beginning of November i would advise any one taking a contract to think twice???
