No response on a death benefit claim

Last year in October i sent a claim to RAF on behalf of my deceased mother with all the needed documents. They never called, emails, posted or did any form of communication about the progress of the claim. In July this year they sent an investigator (Mr Nkosi) who was going around gathering info on the case and after that it was quite. i have called several time and they keep on saying investigations are in progress. Recently I called a guy in Pretoria called Tebogo he told me that Lazola is the one on my case, he will give him my details and he will call me back and he never called me back. Its been a year and they have not communicated any thing with, i am kept in the dark. I need to know whats the progress of the claim, I need the person who is on my case to contact me and explain whats holding things up. The claim was a straight forward hit & run deceased on scene accident. they have all the documents that are required to accompany their claim form. I have orphans to take care of & they are not helping me at all. ;-)
