I recently visited the UK. I phoned Autopage to find out about roaming and due to the short notice (I was at the Airport about to leave) they informed me that I needed to fill in forms to request the service sign it and send it back. They will then activate the service. As I was at the Airport I just said they should leave it.

On my return to SA I received a R12343.00 account. I phoned them and requested assistance and their attitude was simply You used it you pay it. The problem is that I have a Blackberry Z10 that automatically updates via Internet. I was never made aware of this. The few times I did use the net can be counted on my one hand. All the other times (13 pages worth of charges) was done by the phone automatically.

After no assitance I now have to pay R12343 that I do not have!

Don't ever buy a Blckberry Z10 and surely don't use Cell C or Altech Autopage as a service provider they are only there to sell you stuff and when you have a issue they don't care about assisting you.

They will loose a customer and I will tell this to everybody that is prepared to listen
