Pathetic service, phone disconnected

I returned back from an overseas trip on 10th November and received an sms to say my roaming charges were in excess of R3500. I did NOT activate roaming according to the process indicated on the Autopage website, so I disputed the charges. Subsequently I have been disconnected twice and spoken to numerous call centre operators, each telling me a different story - one claimed that I was not overseas at the time and the charges were incurred in SA, another claimed that I also used roaming in Feb 2013 - and I was most certainly NOT overseas at this time! I have been asking for someone to phone me (as I have been disconnected so cannot phone) and all I get is sms's threatening that unless I pay my credit record will be affected. I have PAID the monthly charges for the period, but not the roaming charges. I requested the written request and signed roaming T's & C's as proof that I activated the roaming service - which Autopage has not been able to provide. I will happily pay roaming charges should they send me these two documents. I have still not received a phone call or a response to my last email sent on 12th Dec. Please can an intelligent person with some authority call me urgently.
