On the 23 of October I did a premature cancellation of a contract. I paid in full at kolonade vodacom branch. The guy that helped me sent all the invoices thru. On the 29th october I received an sms stating that I didnt in full. So I mailed all the invoices and bank statements showing that i paid the. Since then I phoned numerous times every time they tell me they will log a call with admin. Its now the 2nd of December and they are still deducting money from my account I dont use. I even went back to the vodacom shop 2 times and mailed it back to the retensions mail adres and still no feed back. Sometimes if I phone and ask if they received the mail they say no. Other times they say yes ant they can see on the system that there are a few calls logged to the admin department but they cant give me a feed back
