Horrible service from vodacom staff

On the 25 January 2013, I made a premature cancellation of my vodacom contract. Before I made the cancellation, I destroyed my sim card as I did not want unnecessary expenses. I was appalled when I was debite R814 in July. I immediately went to the wonderpark branch in Pretoria. I was adviced by Megan at the call centre that my contract was not cancelled and that on top of the R4000 payment I had made voacom debite R249 subscription as the magtape was already sent to the bank.

She said she will investigate an come back to me. To this day I'm still waiting for her call. Within the last 3 months I have been to the vodacom branch 13 times. Where they could not help me. They called the call centre, cancellations, accounts, customer care. Spoke to so many consultants an and a manager who all promised to get back to me as my name has been handed to the pre-legal department. I spoke to

5. Jabulile who promised that Nomthandazo from admin will call me, only to be adviced that there is no admin department at vodacom.
