Pathetic service & refusal to take accountability

I called on the 15th November to cancel my contract which ended on 29th November 2013. I was told that I had to give them a months notice which then took my contract to the 31st December 2013. Tebogo told me that I needed to complete the cancellation form but to only complete section 2. The form was faxed through on Monday 18 Nov and when I called on 3 December to confirm that all is in order I was told they have nothing on record. I sent the information and proof Of fax submission to be told that I did not complete the form correctly!
Nashua mobile I suggest you listen to your recorded telephone calls and I am letting you know that I did my part and once again you failed to do yours! I will not be penalised by providing you with an additional months notice.
It's time for you to take accountability for your poor service yet again and see me right.
