R15000 charge - 10-14 days investigation

I received a notice on Saturday that i had been charged R15'000.00 for my MTN account. However this account is supposed to be capped at R4500. I contacted MTN to investigate, to be told that they could only start looking at this on Monday. Although this was painful there was nothing i could do besides make sure that i would get proper feedback on Monday. Monday morning i got a call saying they were looking into it, and would give me feedback later on in the day. I have still not heard anything from their billing department. It is completely ridiculous to be charged this much on an account that should be capped. I was then told that it could take up to 24 days to sort this out. In the meantime my account is left in arrears meaning that i am accumulating daily interest on top of the extra R10000 odd that has been deducted (Above the normal expected R4500). This is pathetic and shows a complete lack of compassion for the customer, rather they are just another company out to make money by screwing over their customers. If this is not sorted out FULLY in the next week (Including interest) i will be taking this to court as they are effectively and committing.
