Accounts Department Clueless

Mt name is Fabian Scholtz. I have been hiring a Box at my local Post Office for more than 25 years now. For the past 2 years letters addressed to an MTN client called Rowena Jacobs have been turning up in my Box using my Box Number. Initially i ignored it, re-mailing it in the Red Box outside the Post office. About 3 months ago i decided to phone MTN Accounts explaining the situation to them. I don't know anyone called Rowena Jacobs, i have been hiring the Box for longer than MTN has been in existence in this country. With their permission i opened the letter and supplied them with the client's account number. Guess what? I still get letters addressed to Rowena Jacobs. I am hiring the Box for my convenience. Can MTN please do something about the situation? I am not even a client of theirs, and with this poor service, i don't think i ever will.
