Still waiting for my phone to be collected!!!

I received my contract phone (Nokia Asha 210), on 11 November 2013 which was delivered to 48 Arthur road in Norwood around 13h00.

Problem occurred on the 14th of November 2013 when my Whatsapp was timing out and hanging so I called the call centre (084 140). I spoke to a consultant who told me to turn the phone on and off. When I turned it back on everything was deleted and I could not access anything on the phone.

I called again and I was told to take it to CellC (Norwood). When I arrived there was told they couldn't assist me and to call 084 140. I spoke to a consultant who informed me the phone would be collected in 7 days. I was still within my warranty when I called to report this and I was told it would be booked in for repairs.

I don't understand why it needs to be booked it, I should be receiving a new phone as this was a manufacturing issue which had nothing to do with me.

My 1st payment goes off at the end of the month, and there is no way I will be paying unless this issue is resolved. And I will not be paying for a month I did not use the phone. The payment will somehow need to be recalculated.

If this cannot be sorted out, I would like the phone collected and
