I have been calling the call centre since 09h00 this morning with eirther no-one picking up or when i get hold of someone (only twice) since this morning, they not the right people to talk to and transfer me to someone who never picks up. I have e-mail the cancellation department with no response there as well. All i wanted to know is why has my line not been migrated back to Telkom even though i cancelled this contract on 30.10.2013. Serious lack of customer service.
