Cancellation request not been Honored by Vodacom

My cell contract no 076 206 3993 was due for upgrade, which I cancelled in Feb 2012 believe it or not but I am still paying this account since then. I have queried this account several times and was informed that it show on the system it was cancelled on the 7/10/2013 by user name Clan time 17h03 but I am still being billed for this - Vodacom I need answers and a refund.
