2 WEEKS OF QUERING A PROBLEM STILL NO RESOLUTION

Its been 2 weeks now and still no one is helping me with a simple query. now i have to pay R800 for a product i cancelled 2 weeks ago but its still showing on account. this is really unfair and unprofessional from a trusted company like like afrihost.
