Permanently Suspended my simcard without reason

My simcard was suspended saturday by Shinaz (according to Thabile at the legal department) while my account is in good order. I have a butchery, and called the 140 service sentre sunday and monday, trying to get a hold of the legal department to find out what was wrong, but could not get a hold of any one who can help me. This morning i got Thabile on the landline, who told me that it was wrongly suspended by the manager Shinaz. I lost one client (that i know of at this time) who's prosesing account would have been R32, 000-00, becauce of the mistake of the manager. Now i must go and buy a new simcard, and phone back to the legal department.

I did that, and call 0113244000 again. I was cut off 3 times, spoke to an answering maschine 2 times, and was holding for the legal department in total for close to an hour!!! This is costing me money all the time, but the wonderfull Cell C does not care!!!
