Bad customer service, simswap taking more than 48h

I had miss placed my sim card on the 2nd of Feb and i purchased a sim card from Pick and Pay as i am unable to get to a store to do a sim swap. the gentlemen advised me that this simswap would like 48hrs.
i queried it on the 6th of Feb as 48hrs was long finish. i then got a response that someone is going to call me the following day, i waited the following up unit 11am then i call the call centre again querying why no one has contacted me for my sim swap, i then was advised that someone will call me in an hour. Around 1.15pm someone called me from the customer services and they have asked me alot of question before before getting my simswap done, the gentlemen then advised me that this will take about 10min and my sim card will work fine, i place my simcard in my handset after ten minutes and it is still not done, i then called the call centre again question why my simswap is not working and the lady advised me that there is no records found for the person that called me.
The is THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM CELL C. I AM STILL SITTING WITHOUT A SIMCARD AND STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME.I WILL REPORT THIS BAD SERVICE IF I AM NOT HELPED TODAY.
