BAD RECEPTION/ NO SOLUTION

More than a week ago i contacted vodacom to report a bad reception I'm receiving at my house. AS usual vodacom responded and said that they would send out a technician to come have a look at the at the problem within 48 hours. A few days later a guy from vodacom arrived at my house and all he did was to check my 3G dongle on his computer and said: " Oh, the reception is really bad here." Furthermore he reassured me by saying that he couldn't fix the problem himself as he's not a technician but he will hand it over to the technician and escalate the request. I than waited and waited and there was no further update on the process of my request and I had to contact vodacom again and I spoke to a lady called Lisa from Midrand whom said that they are still working on it and it would by done by friday. So when I called again friday afternoon, I spoke to a lady called Sipho whom told me that the initial request that was made was wrong so she had to put in another request which will even prolong the process even furhter. However out of all this, what amuses me is that I stay about 5 minutes from Century City Canal Walk where the Vodacom Towers are situated but with such POOR reception.
