POOR and UNPROFESIONAL SERVICE

I wanted to cancel my contract. The lady at the Amanzimtoti office was absolutely rude and not very helpful!!! I faxed my cancellation to the number provided on the 22nd of August 2013, which I may add, was the 3rd time!!! Once again this month, they deducted the subscription amount!!! What do they not understand? That must be the worst service ever I have received. CellC, you are a total waste of time!
