Im still getting billed

Last month i emailed HelloPeter and complained about CellC not doing thier job correctly as i cancelled my contract at CellC and they Faxed it off on the 28/01/2013. When i contacted you by email, you guys responded saying cellc will contact me shortly and sort out the problem. I havent heard from them and now its the 2 may 2013 and just been billed R486 again this month. I have my cancellation for to prove i have cancelled it. My Cellc Cell number was 0844300468. My number is 0726214371. Please can you try help as i cant afford this and its wrong.
