Poor Service Delivery Again!

After spending time, hours and money, a total of 5 hours in their store. Numerous calls to CellC call center. Ronelle Avril Cain finally had my contract cancelled. Although a TT was logged last week, an update of this log on Hello Peter was placed by Cell C on Wednesday (27/02/2013), just pointless. I was assured that the month end bill will only reflect charges over and above the contract amount and not include the subscr amount, once again these are failed promises given by Cell C to keep the customer quiet at the time of call and forces us to continue dealing with their poor service thereafter. I had a month of no network, calls dropped and all the issues I mentioned in my initial complaint on Hello Peter - 'Frustrated by overall service at Cell C'. and I am still billed for that pathetic service, it is totally unacceptable. During this ordeal, i was often asked, What would it take to retain me as a customer?? honestly, just do what you say you can do... Just that!!! I am surprised how Cellc has any customers with this poor level of service!?! CellC, please credit my account for the billed subscription. I am certainly not going to pay for a service I did not receive!!
