Phone not delivered but package migrated

I'm really dissapointed by the bad customer service I've experianced with NM. I upgraded my contract on the 07/11/2013 with a lady by the name of Mathapelo Kgoele. The lady was very helpful, but I'm more dissaponted by the fact that till today I have not received the phone that I have ordered. I specifically asked for a black Sony Xperia Z1, and on two occasions, a purple handset was delivered. I sent back both deliveries because I do not like the color. What frustrates me the most is the fact that the package has already been migrated to the Vodacom Smart M which was meant for the Sony device that I ordered and not the Blackberry device that I'm currently using. I have now forfeited my BIS and unable to get my BBM, Watsapp, email accounts and FB. I'm able to access internet sites, but it obviously chows from the allocated data. Question is: Why migrate my package if i dont have the phone that is meant for that package? Till today I have not received the handset I have ordered, and I have a good mind of cancelling my contract with NM as the level of customer service is appalling. I have run out of patience!!! Please sort this problem out ASAP!!!
