My internet has been down for two weeks now and I was told that it would be back up a week ago. this is unacceptable, I get told that I can only apply to be credited for the time it was down once it is fixed? Not only does it me off that I have to apply to be credited when Telkom is the one at fault but that I need to keep paying for something that's not there at the moment.

some people use the internet for business and when its down it is a huge inconvenience. the person at the call centre tells me its not as simple as replacing one part to fix the problem. I DO NOT CARE!! If its such a massive problem for Telkom to fix then they should supply me with an alternative way to connect to the internet I am not paying for part time internet I am paying for full time internet.

hopefully Telkom will fix this issue soon as it is disgusting how they can take money for something they did not supply.
