Cell C fails to honour its word

1. A few days back a consultant from Cell C called me advertising a new contract package that comes with two cell phones at R100/p. Upon arrival I opened the phones and charged them, a few minutes later I checked balance on one phone and already my usage was R45 for that few minutes. Then I realised I can't I afford them and the following day (20 Nov 2013) I called them to say to should come and collect the phone. The consultant that I spoke to said they will collect within 3 to 7 days and the seventh day was on friday last week (29 Nov 2013). Today (02 Dec 2013) when I call they are taking me from Pillar to post.

2. On another contract that I have with them, I requested an upgrade to a new contract that offers 200 free minutes, 200 free sms and 200 free data. To my suprise when I called from my phone after the upgrade, this new benefits did not apply instead I was charged for every call made. I called to check what was wrong and I one consultant said I need to activate the new sim and I told her I using my old sim and number and they are active. She then reffered me to another consultant who told me that the new benefits will only take effect next year march (2013).
