Cell C Lack of service/utter incompetence

I took out a contract with Cell C on 10/10/13. Contract differed vastly from the one I agreed to. Have been trying unsuccessfully to attain any assistance via Call Centre. All I asked them to do is to listen to the sales pitch that was presented to me as all the calls are recorded. I feel I should pay for what I agreed to. I've been struggling in vain since 11/10/13. Numerous call and emails were either not returned or attended to. Why do they insist on giving a reference no for every call, but it sure cannot be used to prove their incompetence. Is there anyone out there that can help please?
