Cell C
STILL NO REFUND!!!

Cell C decided to put a contract on my name after I said I did not want one - after a YEAR AND A HALF's worth of emails and constant calls they finally agreed to cancel the contract which I never wanted in the first place. Every month I had deductions off my savings account. I was then told that I would get a refund on this. 3 months down the line and still no refund! I am now on my third reference number given to me by Cell C - 3102100829 - which all of a sudden Cell C's system cannot locate the reference numbers???

I have heard every excuse in the book as to why Cell C justifies my money in the first place for a contract I NEVER WANTED and now they cannot find any information relating to anything to give my money back!!! HIGHLY DISGUSTED AND CHEATED does not even explain how I feel. I would not recommend anyone use cell C as they are lying cheating
