Cell C - Ask Why? Screaming Incompetence

First applied for a phone contract for my daughter mid April after I received my upgrade. Applied for exactly the same contract as mine which was on special at the time. Took many phone calls to Cell C Direct before the phone was eventually delivered. This was only the beginning of our nightmare. I have a contract and pay R399 for it per month. My daughter is supposed to have exactly the same as I. This is what I had asked for, agreed on when we did the verbal contract and I even pay the same per month. This is where the similarity ends. My contract and handset work like a charm. Her handset works like charm for the first 2 days of the month. For the R399 I am paying every month, she gets 30 minutes airtime as in a top up 30 deal. I asked why to many people at the call centre. I even sent mails to customer service but that gets deleted without being read. Every time I tell my story the conclusion is usually that my daughter is getting what I had asked for. When I argue this, I get promised that they will listen to the recordings. This never happens. They do not care as long as you pay. All I get are empty promises and a daughter who has now given up hope. She asks WHY? I ask?
