Vodacom
Useless

Vodacom is useless when it comes to billing and debit orders. There is a reason that you put a date on your contract for when the debit order should run on your account. If you only get paid the last day of the month. there is a reason for having the debit order date for the 1st of the following month. Strangest thing I have 3 vodacom contracts and on ALL 3 I opted for a debit order date of the 1st. NOT ONCE did Vodacom deduct the money on the 1st, but AWAYS takes a chance on the 29th or the 30th. Are they so scared that they will not receive their money. Stop ticking off your loyal customers. I have to pay bank costs every month, because YOU can't capture data correctly.
