Epairs ongoing for 1 month and still no phone

Took my phone in for repairs 1 month ago, 1 week later i got my phone back and all they did was a software upgrade - the phone was still broken. took it back and 1.5 weeks later they gave be a new phone. 2 days later the phone only vibrated and no sound was coming out so i took it back... 7 days later and i have not heard from Vodacom. in the meantime i am paying for my phone on my contract??
