I took my for repairs and it came back with the same problem and one of the staff told me that they didn't fix it they just do a software upgrade, and I took it back again and m still experiencing the very same problem, and I called vodacom insurance and they are telling me that I have to take it back for repairs again, I bought new expensive battery but it is not workinf now m stuck with a phone that is not properly working m paying for the contract and its insurance every month, im tired of vodacom!!!
