I REGRET GETTING A PHONE THROUGH VODACOM

I UPGRADED MY PHONE A MONTH AGO. WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK IT ALREADY HAD A NETWORK PROBLEM. I TOOK IT TO VODACARE VODAWORLD AND ASKED THEM TO REPLACE IT AS PER THEIR POLICY.THEY JUST REBOOTED IT AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PHONE. 3 DAYS LATER IT STARTED AGAIN. I WENT BACK AND THEY SAID IT WAS JUST A SOFTWARE UPGRAE ISSUE THEN GAVE IT BACK, A MONTH LATER I AM STUCK WITH THE PHONE WHICH STILL HAS THE SAME PROBLEM&HAS GOTTEN WORSE. WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE, THE SAY THEY CANT GIVE ME A NEW HANDSET, THAT I NEED TO BOOK IT IN FOR REPAIRS AND STAY WITHOUT A PHONE FOR THAT TIME. WHY SHOULD I BE INCONVENIENCED WHEN I REPORTED THIS PHONE WITHIN 7 DAYS AND WAS TURNED BACK?? THIS PHONE IS ONLY A MONTH OLD YET I HATE IT BECAUSE IT IS ALWAYS MAL-FUNCTIONING!! THIS IS A RIP OFF AND I WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT AT THE END F THE 24MONTHS PERIOD. I AM UTTERLY DISAPPONTED IN THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED! I WROTE MY COMPLAINT ON THE VODACOM FACEBOOK WALL AND IT WAS DELETED IMMEDIATELY!! I HAVE HAD A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM FOR 10 YEARS NOW! AND THIS IS THE THANK YOU I GET FOR MY LOYALTY???
