BlackBerry10 for Sale

I am extremely disappointed that BlackBerry10 is not available for sale after the official launch by RIM in South Africa 30 Jan 2013. After checking with the Call Center and a few VodaShops, staff had no clue about BlackBerry10. The devices are not on Vodacoms system and no pricing information is available. Being a company that only uses BlackBerry it is disappointing that Vodacom was lazy not to do testing and prepare to have the devices available to its customer at product launch. Looking at carriers abroad BlackBerry10 testing was done in Oct-Nov 2012 and pre-orders was taken from its customer in Jan 2013.

I'd like to know from Vodacom why they are so lazy and why are they dragging their feet. No wonder the rest of the world are calling South Africa a third world country because a major corporate company like Vodacom have a third world mentality.
