World class mobile operator, Vodacom??? Customer care 111, if you can hear anything above the noise that the operators make then you are very lucky!

Simple query, cannot send e-mails, can receive and access internet. After explaining to the consultant that I cannot receive e-mails on my I-pad he asked me to reboot my phone? Vodacom solution = reduce the operating speed to edge.
