HOW CAN YOU IGNORE COMPLAINTS BY DELETING THEM!!!

Today is supposed to be the launch of blackberry when i asked on the wall of their facebook page how it can be that the whole world is having it released today except us they ignored it. 5 minutes later they deleted the comment. I then reposted a comment which had 7 likes and 5 comments, none of which came from vodacom. They then proceeded to reply to everyone except me, later they deleted the rest of my comments when i emailed RIM to ask what was going on. I posted RIMs reply to my post. VODACOM DELETED MY COMMENTS WITHOUT GETTING BACK TO ME ONCE!!! This is the worst service i have ever seen. Vodacom just delete comments when they have an issue they do not want the rest of the world to see. I can not believe this i also have screenshots of all these comments that were deleted and posts, as i had the feeling this would happen. I hope someone at Vodacom gets fired over this. I even sent them an email and got a ref. number with which nothing has happened. I WISH SOMEONE CAN SEE THIS AND DEAL WITH THE PARTIES RESPONSIBLE. I FOR ONE WILL NOT BE WITH VODACOM FOR MUCH LONGER!!! I AM APPALLED WITH THIS SERVICE. I DEMAND AN ANSWER TO THIS!!!
