I've been having an intermittent connection issue with my ADSL line recently. My fault was attended to by a technician within 24 hours of logging the fault. The technician, Derek, had a great attitude and tracked down my issue with some solid troubleshooting. Once again, I'm left very impressed with Telkom. Thank you.
