Upgrade late- no data bundle recieved

Good day,
I have upgraded my contract at the begining of January althought the upgrade was only activated today? making me loose 60 Minutes in weekend time as it expires tomorrow. (yet I have to pay for it)
Also, I purched a databundle using the iphone app on 29 January 2013 (still not active) then again on 30 January via the web (still not active) both is already on my propsed invoice. I went R50 out of bundle as my bundle was never activated??? What is going on!!
I must compliment you on the fact that you changed the song while waiting 10 minutes for nobody to answer the phone at the call centre - hence this report.
