Cell C "speed" stick

Cell C has surely got to be having a laugh with their "speed sticks"?! This is the slowest thing I have ever experienced. It isn't even running on 3G. And yes, we have called into the call centre before about this, and were told to fill in a form and someone would get back to us. We filled in the form, and... nothing. We bought this dongle a few months ago, and paid in advance for the entire year. So now we are stuck with something which works when it wants too, and at other times it runs at 2 kbps. I mean really, give me a break. It can take 45 minutes to open a page like Yahoo and clean up the emails in the inbox. This is absolutely unacceptable. It drops every couple of seconds or minutes, hangs and is a complete waste of time. Then, at other times, it "speeds up". You have taken our money in advance, now I want service in return. Immediately.
