After going to the store to pay my newly transferred line invoice, I was informed that I had two invoices. I was presented with a printout of internet fees which I hadn't asked for.
I was just starting to get myself prepared for a fight when she advised me on who to call (from their help line) to sort it out. The consultant I dealt with reversed all charges and sorted my issue out within minutes.
