Pathetic Service! Excuse after Excuse!

Hi

Please explain to my according to your adsl checker the area of Ridgeway only supports a shocking maximum speed of 1mb? Seriously Telkom 2 yrs down the line and
I'm still hearing the same excuse that they there are plans to upgrade the exchange from the current 1mb? In this day and age this is SHOCKING! Whats worse is your dumb adsl checker is inaccurate ..It says my current line speed is 4mb! BULL$h1T! considering the maximum speed available is only 1 mb? So explain to me how is this possible?
