Late delivery, wrong colour no micro-sim

I ordered am additional contract from MTN direct early May it was approved on the 12th of May to be informed delivered in 3 working days. A week later i noticed from the MTN active website that the line had been activated but i did not have the phone

21st of May I called to inquire and was told that the courier company tried to call and could not get to me. I told them that I never received any call message or voice-mail from the couriers so apparently they tried a wrong number. A post delivery was then made and again my phone was not reachable they say. 12th June was told it will be delivered to me on the 18th.

18th I called at 4pm I was told they were out of stock. Each time I asked to speak to the supervisor I was told that either the supervisor is busy and will call you or that they were in a meeting they would contact me after they finish which they never did.

On Friday 28 June I had to do the tracking for myself so i asked for the number of the courier company. the courier said it was on its way and I told them that no one had called me to arrange that however they arrived. the phone is black instead of white and there was no micro SIM ii hev to pay R136 for the SIM
