I had roaming while i went oversee last month. coming back i got a bill for R 17000.00 which i cannot understand how the data charges work. i called MTN on the 14/06/2013 querying this billing they told me that when we have roaming the charges are very high. I asked them to send me the websites i went into to get such high charges, they sent me a report which only gives me times and dates that these charges occure. as a consumer I cannot understand this and they cannot explain this to me either. my dispute is if i have a credit limit of R5000.00 how in the world do they give me a bill for R17000.00. while i was overseas they did cut me off once and i called them and increased my limit by 750.00, so this does not warrant the charge that they now give me. i called MTN over 10times thus far trying to get this query sorted as i do not want to be cut off and still have had no response. my ref are as follows :

MTN is the worst in sorting out consumer problems as they keep pass the buck and there is no manager to assist whenever we need to talk to them...
