Incompetent/Pointless Over limit Service

I have 2 contracts with Nashua and on both of my contracts not one of the over limit service they offer me as a "great" extra value added service was implied or enforced when i breached these limits even though i agreed to your R50 minimum value. If you can not guarantee this service then why are you selling a false service that you can not deliver on. That means as a service provided you have to your clients wasting our time and your time by even offering this service when filling out the contract papers.

As a cellular service provider you have the ability to cut off the contract at any time and impose a limit, the same as someone not paying their bill, but as opposed to keeping the clients who pay happy you would rather go after the people who are not paying and using that same service on them.

Nashua Mobile you have failed to deliver a service you offered me and if you can not honor this service you should not be offering it. The service does work and you guys have the ability and the means to do so but have failed to give me that service.
