MTN bad service!!!

Last year my mother bought a Nokia smartphone from MTN, the sales lady was very eager with the sale and did not inform my mother that the phone uses a micro sim card.
When at home she realized that the phone uses a micro sim card, which the sales lady was suppose to inform her about, thus she had to go back to the shop to order the new sim card at an additional cost.
Recently the phone had software problems and was returned to the shop. it took more than 2 weeks!
She received the phone back with a damaged screen and had to go to the shop again, they explained that they now have to find out who damaged the phone, thus they did not check it when they sent it away or received it.
Finally she received the phone back, they didn't make a backup, so she had to go to the shop AGAIN.
After waiting 40min at the shop she asked for a chair and eventually got attention.
She wanted to re-install the application "Whatsapp"but the staff at MTN responded that she needs 8GB free space on her phone and that she should sort out the problem herself with the software from Nokia.
What kind if people do you employ or what kind of business ethics do you practice ripping off and misleading older people?
