Cancellation of contract ignored

My 8ta contract is due to expire on 30/11/2013. After giving the due 21 days notice, 3 emails and 5 phone calls, 8ta mobile have not responded. After speaking to a consultant today, I was informed that the job has still not been logged, and I should wait till 4/12/2013 to call back to see if they have captured my details. I refuse to pay after the 30th of Nov. I have given enough notice, and want my number migrated to prepaid on 1 Dec 2013! The service is pathetic!
