You have once again outdone yourselves

So it has been almost three weeks since my last complaints.
Our penultimate interaction ended off with Cell C refusing to acknowledge their error, and once I began slating the publicly on Facebook, they agreed if front of a massive audience of social media, that i could pay the balance of R212 immediately to be let out of the contract.

The person who responded to my query online stated and I quote, pay us what you owe for the usage thus far, and for balance on the dongle, and we will cancel the contract, and guess what. They did not honor their promise. They will probably come back with some other excuse for why i was debited again this month, and my line is still active.

CellC you are the provider under the sun, and I swear i will not stop complaining and exposing you, for the thieving sons of that you are.

This is unacceptable, you made me pay extra money, and you still debit me IS wrong with you.

I refuse to deal with another consultant, escalate this query to a director of your organisation, as I have had enough of your empty promises and lack of accountability. It is time to pay the piper. Or i will decend on you premises today!
