Misrep!!!

I purchased a samsung s4 on the internet that said that i would be paying R400 a monthly only then 2 days later a consultant called me to confirm the sale and she confirmed telephonically to me that i would be only paying R400 a month now i get sms saying that my bill is R1500 and that i have an open contract on top of that i have been requesting my contract for more than a month now and no one is replying to me i have sent numerous emails with no reply they are!! as i never signed anywhere for an open contract i only agreed teelphonically that i would be paying R400 only i cant even check my balance on my phone or see who is calling me these vodacom things are criminals and they dont even have the decency to contact me back!!
